Well, it's non other than the Barefoot Contessa herself and mom couldn't be prouder. Other than tractors or Mermaid, it's "cook-it" or BC. So in tribute to the amazing Ina Garten, here are a couple of recipes Brooks thought looked great and I think so too.

I love her too, because of YOU! Cook it and send it up, Brooks.........I can't bring myself to cook a thing and everyone in my house is getting skinny except for me who is getting FAT. We miss you Brooks!
Way to go Erin! Start the men young...and pretty soon we'll have homemade man slaves to cook for us. How are the Martha Stewart handy cleaning episode coming along? Let's start him on that too! Teasing! He's so fun and so wonderful! ANd, he has the cutest parents EVER!
