#4 - Wasatch Back, Baby!
Sadly, I din't have my camera out much during the race, so please refer here for highlights of our run. It was such a great time and a pretty great accomplishment for all of us, if you ask me. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat . . . a fast one!

oh, this sounds so super fun! I wish I could have run with you!
As you can tell from my picture, I tried the shuffling technique this year. Next year I'm going to try to a new technique where I actually lift my feet off the ground. Amazing how many other runners were using this new technique. There must be something to it.
