On our way in the house other night and Bryan found this katydid. We have seen a lot of them at our house lately and Brooks loves them. This one was special though, he held it up right in front of his nose and said, "Mom, she has really cute eyes!" Yeah, I think so too.

Brooks is the expert on cute eyes, since his are the darn cutest! I LOVE that he is so brave and loves those creepy things. Molly is sitting right here impatiently saying......."Mom, show me Brooks again!" So we are going to hurry and hit that back arrow so she can see her buddy! Hurry and come see us! Don't keep breaking our hearts!
Those Kaydids are the coolest, we are quite fascinated with them. And for Brooks to say they have cute eyes..well...that just makes them more endearing to us. We will always think of Brooks when we see them now :)
He is growing up too quickly . . . can't you freeze time for a little while?
